Seaview for exceptional....all else fails.

Staff worked hard to make a visit here a good experience. Sea view Room is beautiful and designed with premium in mind, the bathroom on the balcony with the elephants head is a great touch. Vast bed. Pictures included.

Rear views were average at best for a premium price. Terrible view of next doors derelict hotel. I would only recommend Seaview rooms which is exceptionally prepared.

Pools sunbeds everything is old nobody doesn’t do anything for service on the pool. Building itself is old, location is just if you want to be close to airport. Price is much higher than it should be for such level of the hotel though room was really good

Lovely stay but room could’ve been better.

Great pool and helpful staff and close to lots of things to do.

It’s a little further away from the beach than we thought and our room felt very dark as it only had small windows. The poolside rooms looked great but didn’t cater for families of 4 which I thought was odd.

Overrated but has potential

The pool complex is the jewel in the crown in this property. We were a larger family group so we had one room with pool access and one family room. The pool access room beat out the family room without even trying. Just better layout and ambiance and POOL. For the most part it was easy to coordinate with the front desk. A little remote but tuktuk accessible to a 7/11 along other small shops

The family room was blah - literally nothing to offer. There were days where I don’t think housekeeping touched our bathroom. The children’s pool area was lovely but in desperate need of upkeep - sections were rusted, paint peeling, plastic faded. We had massages in the spa and the masseuse left at various intervals to take calls or attend other customers, which contributed to a less relaxing massage.

Pool was amazing, only stayed two nights, but close to the airport so perfect stop for the end of a holiday. Staff were all lovely

Elevators smelt so badly of mould! I had to cover my mouth everything we went in, can’t imagine it is good to breath it in.

Worth it for the pool and breakfast alone.

Amazing pool, huge room and bed, swim up bar was great, and the breakfast was beyond fantastic.

The surrounding area is quite run down. No fault of the hotel and not a problem really as the resort has plenty to do.

Sweet stay

The entire room was remarkable. My kids loved the pool coz even when its raining, there is a roof at the pool access area and they can continue to swim. The staff was always helpful, everytime we return to the hotel, there is always a buggy on standby and they are ever so careful with our belongings when loading to the buggy

As a muslim, I cannot enjoy the breakfast as much bcse they do serve pork which is right next to the halal food items. the location is somewhat remote and going to the nearest 7 eleven can be a bit tiring to walk under the hot sun or even riding a bike

Peace and comfort

We stayed for 5 nights with the family. Pleasant stay and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to be out of the hustle of Phuket.

Breakfast was good but they can improve the options for gluten free like me. Some more light in the bathroom would be great.

Enjoyable, fun stay. The beach is sandy, wavy, beautiful.

Some rooms are located very far from the entrance, lobby and restaurant. The lobby and restaurant, of course, cannot be relocated or broken. However, I feel they can make more than one entrance/exit so that guests at rooms far from the main entrance can use alternate entrance/exit to easily get out of/get into the property. They have a few golf carts to help move guests, but probably inadequate in number.

The biggest swimming pool we have ever used! Rooms were very big, lovely.

It was nice, could have been better.

Loved the spacious rooms and private pool access. Nan at the restaurant was simply awesome and her service and attention to detail was amazing. We loved this quiet part of Phuket as we just wanted to rest for a few days before the craziness of Krabi and Patong.

In extremely hot and humid conditions both our rooms’ AC did not work. We requested repair daily and on the last night our children were moved to a different room where the AC worked 100%. We ended up sharing their room as ours was unbearable. Cleaning could be done better as we saw dirt in our room from when we came to the day we checked out.

Beautiful design but unkept beach

The view to the beach from the outdoor bathtub on the balcony. The decor of the reception and restaurant. The gardens. The buffet breakfast. The room design and decor. All excellent. Im glad we booked the beach view wing and not the general area as the pool there is too large and noisy for my taste.

I didnt like the distance to any shops or restaurants and i didnt like the state of the beach which was strewn with rubbish and plastic. Such a stark difference from the hotel itself. Surely a huge hotel like this, profiting from having the beach just across the road, can afford to employ one person to keep the strip of beach in front of the hotel in a pristine condition. It wouldnt take much and it would improve the customers experience greatly.... It would turn this score of 8 into a 10
